Refunds & Returns Policy

At European Institute For Healthcare Excellence, we strive to provide high-quality medical courses and learning materials. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled for our digital courses and services.
1. Digital Nature of Courses
All our courses are delivered digitally (via online access or downloadable materials). Therefore, once access to a course has been granted or content downloaded, it is generally non-returnable and non-refundable except as stated below or required by law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course, we will refund the extra charge.

Technical Issues: If you cannot access a course due to a verified technical issue on our platform and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Cancellation Before Access: If you cancel before receiving access to the course or before the scheduled start date (for live/online classes).

Course Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a course or are unable to deliver it as promised, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

After you have been granted access to the course content or materials.

If you simply change your mind after purchase.

If you fail to complete the course or do not meet attendance/participation requirements.

For partial completion or dissatisfaction due to personal reasons unrelated to course quality.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

State the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant evidence.

Requests must be made within [7 or 14 days] of purchase or course start date (whichever applies).
Our support team will review your request within [5 days] and inform you of the outcome.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank or provider, it may take [5–10] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Live Events or Workshops
For live webinars, workshops, or on-site events:

Cancellations made [14 days] before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit.

No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after the event begins.
7. Course Transfers or Credits
If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may request (if available):

Transfer to another session of the same course.

Credit toward a future course of equal value (at our discretion).
Requests for transfers or credits must be submitted before the course starts.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If local laws entitle you to a refund in circumstances not listed here, we will comply accordingly.
