By registering, purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. If underage, parental / legal guardian consent is required.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Courses & Registration

Course descriptions, schedules, fees, content, and features are provided on the Site. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors.
Once you register/pay, you will gain access to course materials, and are expected to comply with any rules or guidelines.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment must be made at checkout or per the registration process through the payment methods available.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, copyright infringement, harassment, spreading misleading information, or misuse of content.
In forums or discussion sections, you agree to abide by community rules, respect others, no hate speech, no defamation, etc.

6. Disclaimers & Medical Accuracy

The courses and content are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have medical questions, you should consult a qualified health professional.
We strive for accuracy, but do not warrant that content is error-free or up-to-date. We will update where needed, but you accept that medical knowledge evolves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EuropeaniHE (and its employees, instructors, partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or courses.
Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless European Institute For Healthcare Excellence (and its affiliates, employees, agents, etc.) from any claim, damage, loss, liability, etc., arising from:

your violation of these Terms;
your use or misuse of the Site or content;
your negligence, etc.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other reasons (non-payment, misconduct).
After termination, you must stop use of the materials. Certain clauses (e.g. intellectual property, liability, etc.) survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, India].
