Once you log into the learning platform, you’ll find your modules listed on the dashboard. Click on any module title to access the lessons, recorded lectures, readings, and assessments. You can study at your own pace within the course schedule.
2. Are live sessions mandatory?
No. Attendance at live sessions is not mandatory, although highly recommended for interaction with faculty and peers. All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the platform within 48 hours for later viewing.
3. How do I contact my tutor or academic coordinator?
Each student is assigned a personal academic tutor. You can reach your tutor directly via the “Messages” section on the platform or by email. You can also contact the Academic Coordination team through the Support section for any academic or administrative matter.
4. How long will I have access to the course materials?
You will have full access to all course materials, recorded classes, and downloadable resources until the official end of your programme plus an additional grace period (3 months) for revision and completion of pending work.
5. What should I do if I forget my password or cannot log in?
Use the “Forgot password?” option on the login page to reset it. If you continue to experience issues, contact technical support at [email protected]. Include your full name and enrolled email for faster assistance.
6. How are assessments conducted?
Assessments include weekly quizzes (multiple choice or short answer), practical assignments at the end of every module, and a final major project. All assessments are submitted through the platform following the provided deadlines.
7. What happens if I miss a deadline?
If you miss an assessment deadline, contact your academic coordinator as soon as possible. Extensions may be granted only in justified cases (e.g., illness, personal emergencies) but must be requested formally.
8. How do I submit my assignments or projects?
All assignments must be uploaded through the designated submission portal in each module. Make sure your file follows the specified format (PDF, DOCX, etc.) and naming convention before submitting.
9. What kind of certification will I receive upon completion?
Upon successfully completing all course requirements, you will receive a certificate for your Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine, issued by EIHE. The certificate includes your full name, programme title, and date of issue.
The certificate by EIHE is a postgraduate program designed to provide high-quality, specialized training. In Spain, like in India and many other countries, there is no official university degree in aesthetic medicine — all existing university qualifications in this field are postgraduate courses or master degrees by public universities or private institutions.
This certificate is aimed at professional specialization and the rapid integration of graduates into the job market.
10. Can I download or print my certificate?
Yes. Once issued, your digital certificate will be available for download directly from your student portal. You may also request a printed version (with notarization or apostille, if needed) through the Academic Office for an additional fee.
11. How can I connect with other students?
The platform includes community forums and discussion boards where students can interact, share insights, and collaborate.
12. Who should I contact in case of technical issues?

If you need to temporarily suspend your studies for personal or professional reasons, contact Academic Coordination. Depending on the timing and justification, your enrolment may be deferred to the next cohort.
16. Will I receive academic or career guidance?
Yes. The programme includes personalised academic mentoring and career support sessions to help you apply your skills in clinical and professional practice.
17. Are there opportunities for hands-on or practical training?
Yes. While the theoretical component is online, selected modules may include optional in-person workshops or clinical practice opportunities in partner clinics. Information on upcoming workshops is available on the platform. These workshops or clinical practice opportunities are not included in the cost of the online Master´s Degree, are fully optional, and might take place at different locations.
18. How will I be notified about updates or announcements?

19. Can I access the platform from my mobile phone or tablet?
